NFT.com Investor Sues “Blockchain Evangelist” for Fraud and Threats
A cryptocurrency investor is suing the owner of NFT.com, a trading platform for non-fungible tokens, claiming the serial entrepreneur tricked him into helping him launch the venture and then conspired to force him out.
The fraud lawsuit, filed in Delaware, targets Jordan Fried, who describes himself as a “blockchain evangelist”-and one of its ventures, Immutable Holdings Inc., which owns the web domain NFT.com. Also named is Immutable’s lead attorney, Jeffrey Long, who allegedly provided phony legal advice and crude threats as part of the scheme.
