Grant Cardone Lists $42M Private Estate on Blockchain Real Estate Platform Propy | AlexaBlockchain
Prominent American entrepreneur Grant Cardone, a serial founder, New York Times best-selling author, and prolific investor, has listed a $42 million private property in Golden Beach, Florida, on the Propy blockchain-based platform.
Leveraging the immutability of blockchain, Propy simplifies real estate purchases and prevents fraud through a decentralized title registry and escrow protocol.
The property is available for purchase with Bitcoin or US dollars and is listed on the Propy Market. This is Cardone’s first venture into this emerging technology realm, using the power of blockchain to drive a smoother and more secure closing process.
“We are all in this together in the blockchain revolution of real estate. We are leveraging high-level technology to make transactions seamless and unstoppable. This is the future of real estate and we are leading the charge,” said Grant Cardone.
The private address is minted on the PropyKeys protocol, an onchain tokenized address marketplace built on the Base network (Coinbase Layer 2 on Ethereum). PropyKeys brings real estate onchain via NFT addresses and aims to bring one million addresses onchain by 2025.
“We are privileged to be the platform of choice for high-end home sellers, enhancing our offering to our community of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and crypto buyers,” said Natalia Karayaneva, Propy’s founder and CEO, in a statement. “With Propy’s advanced blockchain binaries, compliant crypto and dollar payments, and unwavering focus on privacy, our clients can confidently manage the closing process.”
“The inclusion of Cardone’s BTC and USD listing on Propy, minted with our latest privacy act feature, highlights our leadership in the intersection of real estate and cryptocurrency,” Natalia added.
