Bitcoin addresses that own at least one coin have exhibited a dynamic trend regarding their price in 2024. At the beginning of the year, the number of these addresses hovered around 1.023 million. However, a decline followed, reaching approximately 1.011 million in mid-June. This reduction was parallel to a period of relative stability in the price of Bitcoin, which fluctuated around US$60,000.

Analyzing long-term data from mid-2017 to mid-2024, a steady increase in these addresses is apparent, rising from around 600,000 to over 1 million. This upward trend indicates increasing accumulation among holders, even though the Bitcoin price has experienced volatilityincluding notable ups and downs.
